This is in accordance with the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation (DPEIPSRD)<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of its release, NOAC circulated the below CCMA guidelines and templates to the 31 local authorities for completion.
