Service Workshop 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t<p>NOAC hosted an engaging workshop in Kilkenny Castle to showcase examples of good practice in customer service, as well as some informative results from a national survey of customer service in local authorities, in Kilkenny Castle on 17<sup>th<\/sup> October 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The Workshop was an excellent opportunity for Directors of Services responsible for customer services and Heads of Communication Units in local authorities across Ireland, as well as other key stakeholders in the sector, to meet and discuss an array of important initiatives around the area of customer service.<\/p>\n<p>Projects featured on the day were a customer service hub, ranked best customer service in the public sector, the achievement of an Excellence Ireland Quality Association Q Mark for customer service, Library services for neurodivergent individuals, CRM systems that support elected members and an innovative online grant application
