Today, the National Oversight and Audit Commission (NOAC) published the Public Spending Code and Infrastructure Guidelines report 2025 for the local government sector. This is the 12th such report published by NOAC, which is a composite report for the local government sector, detailing a combined total of 109 procurements contracts in excess of €10 million.
